Terms of Service

Rules for running your workspace in Mile.

These terms describe how teams may use Mile, how account and workspace responsibilities are handled, and what to expect when using the service.

The basics

Clear terms for team operations.

Team access

Your organization controls who can join its workspace, which roles they hold, and what operational records they can manage.

Workspace use

Mile is provided for meeting scheduling, room coordination, document attachment, reporting, and related team operations.

Responsible use

Teams must protect account access, respect permissions, and avoid activity that disrupts the service or other workspaces.

Using Mile

Mile provides tools for meeting planning, room scheduling, participant coordination, user management, document attachment, dashboards, exports, and related workspace operations.

You may use Mile only in compliance with these terms, applicable law, and your organization policies. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account.

Organization administrators are responsible for managing members, roles, permissions, departments, rooms, and workspace records for their teams.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Do not share credentials or use another user's account without authorization.

Mile may restrict, suspend, or remove access if an account appears compromised, violates these terms, or creates risk for the service or other users.

If you leave an organization or change roles, your organization administrator may update or remove your workspace access.

Workspace content

Your team remains responsible for meeting topics, descriptions, attachments, exports, user records, room details, and other content entered into Mile.

You grant Mile the limited permission needed to host, process, display, secure, and transmit workspace content so the service can operate.

Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, confidential third-party, or malicious content unless you have the rights and authorization required to handle it in Mile.

Service changes

Mile may update features, modify workflows, improve security controls, or change availability of parts of the service over time.

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, network issues, infrastructure problems, or events outside Mile's control.

Mile may revise these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.

Limitations

Mile is provided as a workspace tool and does not replace your organization judgment, compliance obligations, retention policies, or security review processes.

To the extent permitted by law, Mile is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

If you have questions about these terms, product access, account ownership, or organization administration, contact the Mile team.
