Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Mile stores to operate the workspace, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and how teams can make privacy-related requests.

Information we collect
Account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, role, organization membership, and profile settings.
Workspace records such as departments, sections, rooms, meeting schedules, participants, topics, descriptions, attachments, exports, and related operational history.
Technical information such as session state, basic device and browser details, usage events, and logs needed to keep Mile reliable and secure.
How we use information
To provide the workspace, including sign-in, role-aware access, room availability, meeting booking, dashboards, file attachment, exports, and administrative workflows.
To maintain security, troubleshoot product behavior, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability for teams using Mile.
To communicate about product access, service updates, support requests, and privacy or security matters.
How information is shared
Workspace information is visible to users in the same organization according to their role and permissions.
Mile may use infrastructure, hosting, authentication, storage, email, analytics, or support providers that process information only as needed to operate the service.
Mile may disclose information if required to comply with law, protect the service, investigate abuse, or respond to valid legal requests.
Retention and control
Mile keeps workspace information while it is needed to operate the product, preserve meeting records, meet security needs, or satisfy legal and accounting obligations.
Organization administrators can manage users, roles, departments, rooms, files, and meeting records from the product.
For account, deletion, export, or correction requests that are not available in the product, contact the Mile team.
Security
Mile uses role-aware access controls, authentication, managed infrastructure, and operational safeguards to protect workspace information.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but suspected vulnerabilities or account concerns should be reported promptly to the security contact below.
